Confirmed cases of COVID-19 exceed 3 million worldwide

THE coronavirus pandemic exceeded 3 million confirmed infections and 207, 894 deaths worldwide according to Wordometers record.

The United States leads the most in both confirmed cases with 987, 322 and 55, 415 fatalities.

 

Spain is second in COVID-19 cases with 229, 422 while Italy has the second-highest number of fatalities with 26, 644.

 

Italy ranks third in the world with the highest number of coronavirus cases with 197, 675 followed by France with 162, 100; the country also ranks fourth in the number of fatalities with 22, 856.

 

Germany followed the highest number of virus cases with 157, 946, and 5, 984 deaths.

 

The United Kingdom ranks sixth in the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 152, 840, and 20, 732 deaths out of those cases.
